Why Cooperate Consulting

Cooperate Consulting was founded by Shayan Sen ACAS, PhD to offer better access to more affordable and impactful pricing support for Canadian insurers, particularly small and medium-sized mutuals. We understand the challenges that insurers face and how pricing can help with these challenges.

Shayan is an experienced actuary with a unique blend of pricing expertise. He has led pricing teams at Wawanesa Insurance and Aviva Canada, and has led consulting engagements with small and large insurers, and with the federal government. He has also published practical pricing-related original research in peer-reviewed actuarial journals.
